Final competition programme

The final competition programme for the Oslo 2011 championships was decided by the FIS congress in early June 2010. Events include 21 competitions within Cross-Country, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined.

In addition to the skiing competitions, there will be an Opening Ceremony taking place in the University Square in downtown Oslo on Wednesday 23 February.

The medal ceremonies will be taking place in the University Square every evening. There will be free stage shows and concerts as from 19:00, and the medal award ceremonies will start at 19:30.

  • Graabak går ut først

    Det norske laget har et veldig godt utgangspunkt før langrennet etter at hopprennet ble avlyst. Jørgen Graabak går ut først, mens Jarl Magnus Riiber skal ta ryggen til lagkameraten. Luis Lehnert går ut som nummer tre, mens Jan Schmid også er i teten med 7. beste utgangspunkt.

  • Solberg inn i VM-troppen

    Det er ingen sykdom i den norske VM-troppen før VM-finalen, men Thorir Hergeirsson velger likevel å ta med tre keepere og gi Silje Solberg en plass på benken, skriver NTB. Alle tre keeperne, Katrine Lunde, Kari Aalvik Grimsbø og Solberg, har trent som normalt før finalen.

  • Hvas til ny finale i svømme-EM

    Tomoe Zenimoto Hvas (17) er i posisjon til å ta en ny EM-medalje i svømming etter å ha tatt seg videre til finale på favorittøvelsen 200 meter butterfly. Hvas tok andreplassen i sitt heat med tiden 1.53,61, skriver NTB.
