All hotels are located close to the Medal Plaza, Oslo Central Station, the Airport Express Train and the underground.

Transportation time to the venues in Holmenkollen is approximately 25 minutes and media shuttle bus service to the venues will be provided from hubs located at the Clarion Royal Christiania and Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel.

Rates includes a good breakfast buffet and free internet access. At the press and media hotels, Ski-VM 2011 will provide extra service from a dedicated service desk and good working facilities.

Term of Booking

Broadcasters’ deadline for hotel booking is 15 September 2010.

Cancellations made between 15 September and 15 November will be charged with a fee equivalent to one night’s stay per person.

In case of cancellation after 15 November or no-shows, 100 per cent of the reservation has to be paid.
