As much as we regret to remind you that the Biathlon World Championships are coming to an end, the Host Broadcaster NRK has some practical information to share with on-site broadcasters regarding dismantling and departure from Holmenkollen.

Booking office opening hours

The Booking office is open from 9-21 on Sunday. On Monday 14 March, it will be open from 9 to 15.

If you need assistance after that, please arrange with the booking staff:

Return of bibs

You are kindly requested to return all ENG bibs to the booking office as soon as possible after the last competition, as we are required to give them back to the IBU.

Accreditation Monday 14 and Tuesday 15

All accredited personnel should wear their accreditation card for access to compound and IBC on Monday and Tuesday. If non-accredited persons are coming to the venue for derigging, please contact the Booking office who will provide access passes.

Key return

Kindly return all keys to your rented IBC cabins as well as venue key cards to the Booking office.

Transport

On Sunday 13 March, the media shuttle from Holmenkollen will leave as follows (NB first two originally scheduled buses have been cancelled):
18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 21:30 and 23:00.

There is no ordinary media shuttle service on Monday 14 March. If you require transport service between Holmenkollen and downtown Oslo on Monday, contact Miriam Henriksen - +47 485 04 762, miriamhenriksen@hotmail.com
