Magnus og Espen both origin from the Norwegian metal band K(nine), who they performed with on small and big stages, festivals like Norway Rock, playtime on NRK P3, music videos on Headbangers ball(MTV) etc. They were also the founders of this band, known for it’s energic live performances. But after some time when things didn't work out, and the band went to silence, it all seemed to fade out..
But back from the "dead", they decided to go back to the roots, from scratch. Start it all over again, just the two of them. Like the old days. No one to consider, and nothing to hold them back. This is just two guys pushing eachother to their limits. No polishing and overdoing, just straight forward organic sounding metal. They are "Strangle The Dead".
