Final competition programme

The final competition programme for the Oslo 2011 championships was decided by the FIS congress in early June 2010. Events include 21 competitions within Cross-Country, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined.

In addition to the skiing competitions, there will be an Opening Ceremony taking place in the University Square in downtown Oslo on Wednesday 23 February.

The medal ceremonies will be taking place in the University Square every evening. There will be free stage shows and concerts as from 19:00, and the medal award ceremonies will start at 19:30.

  • Burnley tilbake i Premier League

    Burnley og ålesunderen Fredrik Ulvestad (bildet) er tilbake i Premier League etter at laget slo Queens Park Rangers 1-0 mandag. Ulvestad var ikke med i troppen som slo QPR. Sam Vokes ble matchvinner for Burnley med sin scoring etter 61. minutter. Burnley rykket ned fra Premier League forrige sesong, men går nå opp igjen på direkten.

  • Ny gullmedalje til Rung

    Det ble en ny suveren gullmedalje til Sarah Louise Rung under EM i svømming for funksjonshemmede mandag. Rung svømte inn til seier på 200 meter individuell medley på tiden 3.18,11, mens Inbal Pezaro tok sølvet på 3.39,27. Spanske Teresa Perales tok bronsen på 3.41,53. Rung tok tok også EM-gull på 50 meter butterfly søndag.
